After a short warm-up, you will be treated to a short demonstration by our experienced dancers, you'll then have the opportunity to practice the techniques introduced in the demonstration.

We encourage you to rotate around the other dancers at the meet-up, some dancers will be new just like you, some will be be more experienced, but all will be friendly and eager to help you get the most out of your night.
